Yes. We have created very easy-to-follow video tutorials that take you through the setup and configuration of your Medical ID. You can follow along with the tutorials, or have someone help you.
Yes. The tutorials can be toggled to change the subtitles into different languages. English, Spanish, Creole, Portuguese, French and Russian are available and we're adding more.
No. Your medical information is stored on your phone only. When you elect to enter it into your phone, it can be shared with first responders without concern for HIPAA.
No. When Emergency SOS is active, facial recognition and fingerprint technology is deactivated. If you phone is passcode protected, no one can access your private information without your passcode.
